Do you ship?

Yes! We ship our plants, accessories and much more!

Where do they ship?

We ship to mainland Portugal, islands and the entire European Union.

What is the shipping cost?

Shipping costs vary by location! 

You can check the cost at the end of the order or ask us for information by private message or WhatsApp. 

Do you do events?

We do! With great pride! We hold several events throughout the year with the aim of reaching more people and getting to know our customers in person!

Do you have a minimum order value?

No ! We don't think it's right to stipulate an order value because each one knows about their wallet and their purchasing power!

How are the plants shipped?

Very much  well packed! With lots of paper that you can reuse because it's brand new!

Is it possible to purchase on the website and pick up at a physical location?

Yes ! When placing the order, you can select the option "Pick up at a physical location" and thus shipping will not be charged, after finalizing the order you will have 48 hours to contact us to schedule the pick up of the same, otherwise the order will go back to sale._cc781905 -5cde-3194-bb3b-136bad5cf58d_

Do you have gift vouchers?

We have Yes! Just get in touch with us! We will be happy to help!

What is your return or exchange policy? 

Natural flowers and plants, being perishable products, are not accepted for return or exchange of orders after delivery. Unless the plant shows any transport damage or it is an order error on the part of Arte & Suculentas. All other products, as long as they remain sealed, have a period of 3 days after receiving the order to be claimed or returned.

Can you give me a discount?

Only plants and products that are in the promotion campaign can have discounts. 

Why are some plants more expensive?

Slow-growing plants, difficult rooting, imported plants, difficult-to-reproduce plants are more expensive.

What types of payments do they have?

On the site, we have payment by mbway, ATM reference and bank transfer.

Do you have a physical store?

At the moment we do not have a store open to the public store open to the public! Our greenhouse only serves as an intermediary for deliveries of previously placed orders.

Why don't they sell plant cuttings?

Unrooted, diseased or damaged plants are not delivered to our customers as the risk of them dying is greater!

Do you resell?

We currently do not sell!

Do you have any partnership that allows me to have a discount?

We do! For members with up-to-date APO and COP quotas, we have a special 10% discount on orchids (promotion cannot be combined with other campaigns in force)

Do I need to change the substrate of your plants?

All plans are verified by us to avoid sadness for our customers! 

For this reason, even if the substrate has not been changed, it has been checked, if it passes the test it is because it is in good condition! But most of our plants already contain our substrate, if you have questions, send us a message, we'll be happy to help!
